The plug-and-play AI bootcamp for business colleges.
A 3-day virtual bootcamp. 100 students launch businesses with AI. We run everything from curriculum to demo day. It's the AI bootcamp that pulls in new applicants.
A website. Users. A portfolio piece by Sunday night.
Three days. Friday launch, Saturday push, Sunday demo day. Students leave with a live page, signups or sales, and a Bootkamp certificate.
01FILE I / IV
AI as their co-founder.
Students learn the brain-executor pattern. A Claude Project plans, routes, and reviews. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Bolt execute. No coding required from students. They brief, route, and quality-check the AI. This is the meta-skill the weekend installs.

§ 03 · Testimonials
What students say.
I came into Bootkamp with just an idea and left with 137 real people who believed in it — in under 21 hours. I learned that people don’t sign up for products; they sign up for things that make them feel seen. If you’re thinking about Cohort II — just come. The clarity you’ll find here is worth more than any feature you could build.
I built the first version of my startup idea in just one weekend and, more importantly, learned how to move without waiting for everything to feel perfect. Bootkamp forces you into execution mode, and that mindset shift alone is worth it. If you’re someone who has ideas but keeps delaying the start, this cohort will change that.
Through Bootkamp, I built Circle Up, a hyperlocal social app designed to help people find communities, events, sports partners, and meaningful connections around them. I learned how to turn an idea into a real product by validating users, marketing creatively, and building fast under pressure. To anyone considering Cohort II, join with an open mind and big ambition — the experience pushes you to grow faster than you expect.
Launch Labs pushed me to stop treating EDDIE like an idea and start treating it like a real company. In one weekend, I went from building a page to getting 145 users, 17 trainers, and real feedback from people who actually wanted this to exist.
Starting a day late didn’t stop me. In less than 24 hours, I used AI to code, build, and execute the 5-channel distribution. This weekend proved that speed and execution beat perfection every time.
I would love to thank TETR team and Mr. Domen for this exciting weekend. It was a great opportunity for me to participate in this weekend bootcamp. I got to learn about AI and all other things; it was a quite new and exciting experience.
I built a climate health alert system in a weekend, proving that simple, accessible technology can help communities act before disasters strike.
This weekend showed me that building is only half the work. The real learning came from testing distribution and seeing real people react so quickly.
This weekend was a powerful catalyst for me. I proved to myself that I have what it takes to launch a business, and I’m now fully committed to turning my ideas into reality.
Building and launching Life OS this weekend proved that taking fast action beats over-engineering; seeing 39 users sign up in hours after pushing the platform live was the ultimate validation for the system.
Built and tested Nexora with users across 8+ countries in just days, had a fun experience throughout, and received great guidance from Domen Kert Sir.
Shipped in 48 hours. Got rejected in person. Still showed up. That’s the weekend.
Best weekend I’ve had in a while. Built something real, met people worth knowing, and somehow learned more in 3 days than I expected to. Also very grateful to have such a great mentor and genuinely feel so lucky to be a part of something like this.
I had an idea but was too lazy to carry it out but with Bootkamp I was able to overcome that and launch my product in just 1 day and distributed my product with 2 paying clients.
Bootkamp has provided us with the guide of taking actions to get one step closer to our dreams.
I started the weekend unsure if I could even build a website and ended it with a live product and real signups.
The only working weekend of this year where I actually built something I would just imagine for another 2 months. Was great working with sir Domen Kert.

Application page, email sequence, social videos, parent flyer, demo day graphics. We hand you the full kit. Your team approves and distributes through your channels.
04Timeline · 2 to 4 weeks to live

Bootkamp is built around recruiting outcomes. Your students learn AI by launching a business in a weekend with it. Demo day is open to prospective families and converts well as a top-of-funnel signal for the next admissions cycle.
Credentials. Employee #1 at Flaviar, where we went from $0 to $5M ARR in 17 months and into Y Combinator (S14). Grew Eckhart Tolle's online business at Sounds True. Worked with NYT bestseller Sahil Bloom, mentored at 500 Global, 60+ founders across the years.
If your school is positioning around AI, the conversation worth having is what proof event you put on your campus tour. Demo day is mine. Twenty minutes to see if it fits yours.

§ 06 · Common questions
Frequently asked questions.
Has this worked at a school like mine? +
Two cohorts at Tetr College of Business, an undergraduate business college with a global student body. The cohort itself is fully virtual, so the proof transfers cleanly to residential campuses and online programs alike. On the scoping call we map your college's profile (cohort size, student maturity, brand posture) to the closest comp and the right integration model.
Who owns the curriculum and the student work products? +
Student artifacts (their pages, their data, their certificates) belong to the students and the college under your standard terms. Bootkamp retains rights to the curriculum, prompts, rubrics, and tool stack, licensed to you for the duration of the engagement. We can negotiate a perpetual license if your college requires one.
How does this overlap with our recruiting and admissions funnel? +
Cleanly, in both directions. Demo day is open to prospective students and parents and converts well as a top-of-funnel signal for the next admissions cycle. The host school can also use Bootkamp as a closing signal for accepted students still deciding between offers.
Will the outcomes satisfy our accreditation reporting? +
Yes for most US and EU frameworks (AACSB, EQUIS, NEASC, regional bodies). Each cohort produces measurable artifacts: completion rates, student satisfaction scores, shipped student work, demo day rubrics, faculty observation notes. We hand you an artifact pack at cohort close that maps to your reporting requirements. Bring your accreditation rep into the scoping call if it is load-bearing for your year.
What is the timeline from signed contract to first cohort live? +
Two to four weeks from signed contract to first cohort live. We prepare the full marketing kit (application page, email sequence, social media videos, parent flyer). Your team distributes through your channels because we do not have access. Faculty onboarding and demo day staging run in parallel during the same window.
What does "3-day bootcamp" actually mean in calendar terms? +
A single weekend. Friday evening launch, Saturday push, Sunday demo day. Live with Domen the whole weekend. Hourly checkpoints. The cohort is virtual, so your students and your faculty can attend from campus, dorm, or home.
